Seat Diagnostics

We use genuine ODIS diagnostic equipment — the same system Seat main dealers use.

Timing Belt Replacement

Seat engines use timing belts that must be replaced at manufacturer intervals.

Typical Seat timing belt intervals:

1.0 TSI, 1.2 TSI, 1.4 TSI (petrol): 80,000 miles or 4 years
1.6 TDI, 2.0 TDI (diesel): 120,000–130,000 miles or 4–5 years

How often should I service my Seat?

Fixed Schedule:

Oil service every 9,000 miles or 12 months
Inspection service every 19,000 miles or 24 months

Flexible Schedule:

Oil service calculated by vehicle (up to 19,000 miles or 24 months)
Inspection service every 19,000 miles or 24 months

Additional items:

Brake fluid: Every 2 years
DSG service: Every 40,000 miles
