FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will performance servicing or modifications affect my warranty?

Performance servicing with correct-spec oils won’t affect warranty. Modifications (exhaust, remap, suspension) may affect specific warranty claims, but not the entire warranty. We use parts that meet or exceed VAG specifications.

Can you service remapped vehicles?

Absolutely. We service remapped vehicles regularly — Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, hybrid turbos, big turbo conversions. We understand what modified engines need (better oil, more frequent changes, upgraded cooling).

Do you offer engine remapping?

No, we don’t remap in-house. However, we offer pre-remap checks (ensuring your engine is healthy before mapping) and post-remap servicing packages. We can recommend trusted local mappers.

Can you install parts I've already bought?

Usually yes, but we need to inspect the parts first to ensure they’re correct for your vehicle and are genuine (not cheap copies). We can’t warranty parts we haven’t supplied.

How long does air suspension installation take?

2–3 days for a full air suspension install (Air Lift 3P/3H or Bilstein SoLow). This includes fitment, alignment, coding (if required), and setup.

How long does coilover installation take?

1 day for coilover installation including alignment. Drop off in the morning, collect late afternoon.

Do you work on cars with big turbo conversions? 

Yes. We’ve worked on hybrid turbos, IS20/IS38 upgrades, and full big turbo conversions. We understand the servicing needs of high-boost setups.

Can you repair track day damage (brake fluid boil, overheating)?

Yes. We’ve seen it all — boiled brake fluid, overheated engines, cooked clutches. We can diagnose and repair track day issues.

Will you work on cars lowered on coilovers that scrape everywhere?

Yes, but we might suggest raising them slightly for practicality. We’re not going to judge your ride height choices.

Do you do custom fabrication (exhausts, roll cages)?

We don’t fabricate exhausts or roll cages in-house, but we work with trusted fabricators and can arrange custom work.
