Do you provide courtesy cars?
Not currently, but we can recommend local car hire companies if needed.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
For shorter jobs (interim service, diagnostics), yes. For longer jobs, we recommend dropping off and collecting later.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
No. EU Block Exemption Regulation means you can service your vehicle at any qualified independent garage and your warranty remains intact.
Do you work on modified vehicles?
Yes. We’re comfortable working on remapped and modified VAG vehicles.
